Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, which are tailor-made and personalized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Customized Products

All products sold by Feim are tailor-made and personalized according to specifications provided by customers. This means that each product is unique and created specifically for you. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except as specified below.

2. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects

2.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@feim.com , providing a detailed description of the defect and photos that clearly show the problem.

2.2 Defect Evaluation
After receiving your report, we will evaluate the defect. If we believe that the product is actually defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a repair, replacement or partial or full refund, at our option.

3. Order Confirmation

We invite you to carefully check all the details of your order before confirming it, including personalization specifications, measurements and other special requirements. Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to make changes or cancel it.

4. Exclusion of Warranties

Feim does not provide additional guarantees to those required by law. The quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers are priorities for us. Once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to make changes or cancel it.
